Foster’s has a facility which enables us to make additional superannuation contributions and lease vehicles through Salary Sacrifice. This means that there is a tax benefit by paying for these from your pre-tax dollars. In some locations you can also salary sacrifice car parking, if the facility is available of course.

Employee Share Plan

The Foster’s share plan provides us with shares in the company on a preferential basis, and Foster’s operates a number of programs that can help employees own more shares in the company. These programs don’t run all the time and will ultimately depend on how well the company is doing as a whole.
