Meet Ryan Vine - Senior Commercial Analyst CUB
Ryan's background is predominantly from a Food and Beverages FMCG industry and has a strong focus on New Product Development, Process Optimisation and Performance Reporting. Of his past experience those he enjoyed most were in market evaluation and analysis. Being actively involved in understanding impacts on performance from price movements in commodity markets, supply chain opportunities and market potential are really what drives him.
Initially Ryan took a short term contract with Foster's as a Senior Analyst within the reporting and controls teams working very closely with the Asia Pacific Team. He assited them put together forecasts and understand their monthly financials and was in constant contact with the Sales and Marketing people in this region. When that contract came to a close, an opportunity to work with the CUB Sales division as a Senior Commercial Analyst for Beer came up. This role is focussed on providing commercial support to enable the CUB Sales division to make commercially smart decisions, help forecast where the business is going and track benefits from implemented initiatives.

Meet Matthew Perri - Pricing Services (VIC & TAS)
Matthew joined Foster's because he was seeking a job with a well known and high profile brand. In particular with an organisation that demonstrated commitment to the personal and professional development of its staff. He was seeking a structured career path with opportunities to challenge and enhance his skills.
His first 6 months has been spent in the Pricing team, which he feels was a great introduction to the organisation and provided a much broader insight into the many facets of the business.
"I enjoyed the experience especially as it has a great team atmosphere. I have now started my Chartered Accountant qualification and this will require a commitment of approximately 3 years which is being supported and encouraged by Foster's."
Matthew is looking forward to the next milestone in his career with Foster's, he's about to step into the Group Financial Accounting department.
