Our recruitment process
At Foster's we believe in making the recruitment process as simple as possible because we know that applying for new roles can sometimes be daunting!
We ask all candidates to apply for our roles via an easy-to-use online system, which streamlines the process and means we can focus our time on scanning for the best people!
You can expect to be contacted via email in the first instance and, if successful, a member of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange a phone interview. After talking to you, if we feel that your skills and experience are a good match, we'll discuss your application with the hiring manager.
From here we'll contact you to advise whether you've been successful to come in for a face to face interview. You might also be required to sit some online testing and attend a second interview depending upon the nature of the role.
